An expert on authentic Chinese cuisine, Chef Wong Kam On gives patrons his recommendations on the best preparations for crab and garoupa dishes. The live seafood menu highlights Chef Wong’s specialty dishes, including Wok-Fried Crab with Radish Cake and Pepper Sauce, Fresh Crab with Satay and Sotanghon in a Clay Pot, Steamed Live Garoupa and Crispy Soy Bean specialties and more for guests.
