Before anything else, everyone can read it because no violence will be manifested on this post when I said “battle”, I mean a comparison of two different parties.

Empanada is a stuffed bread or pastry usually baked or fried, a famous snack in Ilocos Sur and Norte. The process of making an Ilocos empanada starts with the rice flour tortilla added with a ring of chopped vegetables and ground Ilocos longganisa. An egg and cheese can be added inside the ring of vegetables. The tortilla will be folded carefully and using a plastic plate, trims the edges of the tortilla that will be deep fried. It goes along with the sukang Iloko.
