HOW TO GET TO SAN JUAN, LA UNION
From Manila, you can take a bus bound to Candon City, Vigan City or Laoag City. Some bus lines operating the route are Partas, Viron, Dominion and Fariñas. Travel time is about 6-7 hours and fare of around Php 400. Other option is to make your way to San Fernando City, La Union and take a jeepney ride to the next town of San Juan.

Surfing Schools are also available in Urbiztondo Beach. The regular rate for surf board rentals is Php 200 per hour but you can avail discounts for half-day and whole-day rentals. Local surfers are also present in the area to teach you the basics of surfing and assist you on your actual ‘ride-on-wave’ trip. Surf lesson will cost you Php 200 per hour.
